WHERE CAN YOU FLY?We can fly all of our drones anywhere in the UK, indoor or outdoor. All filming will be subject to permissions, which we shall arrange for you.
-
CAN YOU FLY IN CITIES?Yes, we can fly our drones in all major cities. We would need to obtain all permissions beforehand, but this is something we will deal with for you, so you can focus on what you’d like us to capture.
-
HOW FAR CAN YOU FLY?UK CAA guidelines stipulate a maximum altitude of 400ft vertically and 500 metres horizontally. There is potential for us to seek temporary revisions on standard restrictions so we can reach even further than this, but it is not recommended to achieve the best footage. We will always take into account how far is safe for our drones to travel, as yours and others safety is paramount to us.
-
CAN YOU FLY AT EVENTS?We are able to fly at many events, but may be required to seek permissions beforehand. This is something that we will deal with entirely, so you can rest assured that filming will run smoothly.
-
CAN YOU FLY IN THE RAIN?Sadly not! Not only would this be bad for our drones and cameras, but it would also mean that we wouldn’t be able to capture the best quality footage for you.
-
CAN YOU FLY IN THE WIND?We can indeed! However, to get the best results we do recommend only flying in winds less than 20 mph.
-
CAN YOU FLY AT NIGHT?We can fly at night as long as we do a run through in daylight and also carry out a thorough risk assessment/inspection.
-
WHAT INSURANCE DO YOU HAVE?Our insurance is EU compliant, with 2 million public liability. Depending on jobs, this can temporarily be increased to 10 million if required.
